About me

Kris

Exploring identity, story, and transformation through symbolic and experimental storytelling. I develop visual narratives that shift between documentary and abstract approaches, balancing personal projects with professional commissions. I am drawn to capturing the complexity of emotions and bodies, adapting my approach to each context—whether from a critical and disruptive perspective or by creating images that connect with diverse audiences

My creative journey began with my personal photography project, which I’ve been developing since 2012. I started my studies with analog photography in Santiago de Compostela, Spain and later continued at Film and Video School in the Basque Country. There, I refined my skills and deepened my understanding of visual storytelling.

My creative journey began with my personal photography project, which I’ve been developing since 2012. I started with analog photography and later continued my studies at the Andoain Film and Video School in the Basque Country. There, I refined my skills and deepened my understanding of visual storytelling.

From the very beginning, I have been involved in various film projects, worked in photography studios, and assisted with lighting for concerts, events, and theater productions. This experience has shaped my approach to both commercial and personal work.

With a deep interest in both the technical and artistic sides of production, this dynamic has continued over time until now across a wide range of projects, from fashion & portraits photography, branding for music bands & businesses to lighting and art department in films.

In addition to my work in the film and commercial sectors, my personal artistic project, Krisis de Ansiedad, explores themes of identity and emotion through self-portraits, short films, and tattoo art.

Each project I take on is driven by my passion for storytelling, capturing unique moments, and crafting meaningful visuals.
